VENKOV Valeriy Vasilyevich Acting General Director of Baltiysky Zavod JSC
Valeriy Venkov was born on March 5th, 1947 in Leningrad. He started his professional career in 1962 at the-then Baltiysky Zavod named after S.Ordzhonikidze as a loftsman apprentice.
In 1971 Mr Venkov graduated from Leningrad Shipbuilding Institute with the qualification of a shipbuilding production engineer.
After graduation Mr Venkov worked at Baltiysky Zavod occupying various positions from fitter to Deputy General Director (Production).
From 1998 till 2004 Mr Venkov worked as Director General of Severnaya Verf Shipyard
From 2008 till 2011 he was employed by the United Shipbuilding Corporation occupying several positions in the top management of the company.

GABDRAFIKOV Yuri Mikhailovich Baltyisky Zavod JSC, Executive Director
Yuri Gabdrafikov was born in 1964. In 1987 he graduated from the Leningrad Shipbuilding Institute. Yuri Gabdrafikov made his career at the Baltyisky Zavod shipyard. He began his career as an Assistant Foreman. From 1987 to 2004 he held the following positions: Senior Foreman, Head of Production Site, Deputy Shop Manager for production. In July 2004 he was appointed Deputy Head of the Planning Department. From 2005 to 2006 Mr. Gabdrafikov worked as Deputy General Director/Production Director. From November 2006 he worked as Deputy General Director for Shipbuilding.
