 FOMICHEV Andrey Borisovich

Born in 1961, Kaliningrad.
In 1983 Andrey Fomichev graduated from the Kaliningrad Technical University of the Fish Industry (Mechanical Engineer). In 1997 he took courses in the Kaliningrad Higher Business School of Management and in Software Union Syseca Consulting Group (“Successful Management and Economic Stabilization”). In 2005 he graduated from the St. Petersburg Higher School of Economics.
From 1983 to 2005 Andrey Fomichev worked at the “Yantar” Shipbuilding Plant, Kaliningrad, where he began his career as an engineer-shipbuilder. During several years of intensive activity Andrey Fomichev held several positions, including Deputy Production and Marketing Manager.
In August 2005 Andrey Fomichev was appointed Head of “Nevsky” Shipbuilding-Shiprepair Yard. From June 2006 to February 2007 he served as Adviser of a Member of the Board of Directors of International Industrial Bank. In 2007 he took charge of “Severnaya verf” Shipbuilding plant.
Andrey Fomichev is a Fellow of St. Petersburg Engineering Academy.

 GABDRAFIKOV Yuri Mikhailovich

Yuri Gabdrafikov was born in 1964.
In 1987 he graduated from the Leningrad Shipbuilding Institute. Yuri Gabdrafikov made his career at the Baltyisky Zavod shipyard. He began his career as an Assistant Foreman. From 1987 to 2004 he held the following positions: Senior Foreman, Head of Production Site, Deputy Shop Manager for production. In July 2004 he was appointed Deputy Head of the Planning Department. From 2005 to 2006 Mr. Gabdrafikov worked as Deputy General Director/Production Director. From November 2006 he worked as Deputy General Director for Shipbuilding.
